Eu recebi uma notificação da Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) que não me permite colocar o novo album do Norma Jean para download. E os caras representam, segundo informações que recebi, 1.400 gravadoras, entre gravadoras majors e independentes, protegendo o conteúdo de seus produtos de forma a não permitir com que os mesmos sejam distribuídos gratuitamente na internet. Mais uma vez, o grande capital consegue barrar as mínimas ações de resistência às megas coorporações da música.
Retirei o material antes de ser processado.
Estas são minhas palavras de indignação frente a nova formatação do cenário "hardcore": o D.I.Y. está cada vez mais forte, pois se não atingíssemos esses caras com manifestações pequenas de anarquia eles jamais se incomodariam em ficar pesquisando na internet se alguma página está distribuindo "ilegalmente" seus materiais conveniados. Então, aquele garoto que vive em um país em desenvolvimento, cuja economia não o permite comprar um disco de uma banda que ele gosta, vai continuar sem ouvir os sons da banda até que ele possa, por um milagre, ter acesso ao CD ou a outras mídias.
Faço um apelo a todos que frequentam este blog: continuem suas ações! Já fui barrado antes pelo capitalismo monopolista que está instaurado na indústria fonográfica, mas eles jamais vão calar nossas vozes!

I received a notification by Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which does not allow me to put the new album from Norma Jean to download. And the guys represent, according to information received, 1,400 labels, including majors and independent record labels, protecting the contents of their products so as not to allow them to be distributed free on the Internet. Again, big capital can stop the minimal actions of resistance to mega music corporations. I removed the material before being processed.
These are my words of indignation before the new format of the "hardcore" scene: DIY is getting stronger, because we affect them in, with manifestations of anarchy small they never bother to keep searching the internet if any page is distributing "illegal" its material covenants.
So that boy who lives in a developing country whose economy does not allow it to buy a disc from a band he likes, will continue without hearing the sounds of the band until he can, by a miracle, have access to CD or other media.
